The "white tea" from Anji gets its name from a tea plant cultivar that has especially light-colored leaves, which can be clearly seen in the brewed leaves. The aroma has delicious notes of fresh vegetables, and the flavor is delightfully light and refreshing. For a green tea, this one stays especially smooth even in very hot water.
