Temperature range: 20–100 °C
A nice little device if you start to pay more attention to get the best taste of good quality teas. The temperature is one of the most important factors in brewing a good cup of tea. Some examples are, young Chinese green tea requires 80–85 °C water, Japanese green tea may need 60–70 °C water. Our highest grade white tea "Silver Needle" tastes the best when the water is around 80–85 °C.
