The food culture professor from Helsinki University , Taru Lindblom, will introduce the history and significance of Okashi—traditional Japanese confections.
You'll also experience the craft of Matcha-making in a hands-on workshop and enjoy an authentic, handcrafted seasonal Wagashi, expertly made by a professional Japanese Wagashi artisan.
