Origin: Yunnan, China

This dianhong (i.e. Yunnan red tea) comes from the high mountains of Wuliang. The leaves are handsome and colorful, and the tea has a delicious taste with fruity and malty notes. Excellent tea for bowl-brewing: use about half the normal amount of leaves and leave it to brew in a cup or bowl without a filter.
