This is a classic representative of Taiwan's greener oolong teas, with a sweet floral and milky aroma. Grown in Shanlinx, perhaps Taiwan's most famous tea mountain, at an altitude of 1600 meters. The taste of the tea is light but still rich and slightly sweet, with a smooth mouthfeel and a light aftertaste.
Brewing suggestion: 1–2 tsp/2 dl, 90–100 °C, 1½–3 min
