Karigane (English: “the cry of the wild goose cry”) is made of the stems of a gyokuro tea grown in the shade. A full-bodied and umami-rich tea with slightly roasted nuts feel. The added matcha makes the tea liquid a vibrant green color and creamier mouthfeel.
