This delicious oolong rolled into balls has grown on the foothills of Guoxing village at an altitude of about 1100 meters. The tea is moderately oxidized and distinctly roasted, and the variety of bush used for it comes from the Wuyi Mountains in China. The character of the tea when drinking is clear, not very sweet, but it doesn't become bitter easily either, and there is sweetness in the aftertaste. All in all, a sophisticated but approachable acquaintance.


Brewing suggestion: 1–2 tsp/200 ml, 100 °C, 2–3 min
